It's the year 1998. Evil won against good and now it's the bloodsnobs who make the rules. Things have undergone drastic changes, not only at Hogwarts but in every part of the wizarding world. Changes which have also effected the muggles.

Draco looked behind him to check that no one saw him entering the washroom of the ghost, Moaning Myrtle. Draco had experienced a few rather embarassing events in this bathroom in his last year. Draco had been frightened that the Dark Lord would kill all his family if he did not succeed at the seemingly impossible task of killing Albus Dumbledore.
Draco twisted his head forward again just as he came up upon the door to the bathroom to check that that way was clear. He quickly opened the door and side-stepped through. He closed the door gently but as quickly as he could.
Draco went to a sink and turned the water on. He held his hands under the tap so the water poured onto them. He stretched his fingers under the cool liquid. Then he cupped his hands and lowered his head toward the sink to splash his face.

The one time Bella had some time for herself to relax, a Hufflepuff brat practically stumbled inside her office completely drenched with water. The girl was followed by Filch and that stinky old cat of his. Bella narrowed her eyes at the clearly unwanted party and demanded, "What now???" She looked annoyed and irritated and when Filch told her about the incident in the bathroom, she almost threw something at him.
Bella stood up exasperatedly and told him to take care of the girl while she stormed down to the second floor muttering to herself. When she reached the bathroom, she raised her eyebrow... Moaning Myrtle's bathroom? Why would anyone flood this one? No one uses it. She sighed and rubbed her temples before kicking the door open and stepping inside the bathroom. Bella looked around her and almost screamed with rage, it was completely dry.
She clenched her hands into fists and was about to go back to her office and tell off both the girl and Filch when a figure by the sink caught her eye. Bella moved forwards while saying, "This is off limits... Oh hello Draco dear." She paused and smiled at her nephew he was even taller than she was. Bella placed a hand on his shoulder and asked, "What are you doing here?"

The noise of the faucet and Draco's own inattentiveness left him unaware that auntie, Bellatrix Black, had entered the usually abandoned bathroom. Draco splashed his face with the water again. Then he heard Bellatrix's voice. Draco turned quickly as Bellatrix laid a hand on his shoulder. He looked at her, his mind stumbled for a moment as he searched for an excuse for associating with Myrtle. He was reassured when he remembered that he was not actually caught with the ghost at the moment.
"Here? I was patrolling outside. Felt a tad feverish. I thought I heard that girl too. Awhile ago. You know, the Turtle one. I came to see if someone was out of bed."

((Ooc: Yikes... a bit dry and perhaps un-bellatrixish))
Bellatrix could see the panic in her nephew's eyes and she narrowed her eyes while she waited for his reply. She didn't particularly want to punish him, therefore when she heard his response she looked pleased. Bella decided that she had mistaken surprise for panic. She patted his shoulder with a smile and said, "Now that's a good student. I'm very proud of you Draco dear."
