A woman stumbled backwards her eyes wide from fear and pleading for mercy. However, Bellatrix Lestrange didn't forgive and forget easily. Her lips curled in distaste and hissed, "Do not speak you filthy blood traitor. Never ever threaten Bellatrix Lestrange..." Bella raised her wand and with one simple flick of her wand killed the woman. Still fuming with anger Bella unfolded a crumpled piece of paper and re read it:
I know your secret and where it is. Your daughter is still alive. Meet me tonight in the leaky cauldron with 500 galleons.
Bellatrix snorted. How could this common witch think she can overpower her. The woman set fire to the paper and watched it crumble into ashes before disapparting in front of the Shaw residence. Just before killing off the woman, Bella infiltrated her mind with Legilmence and picked up all the necessary information. She still wasn't sure why she was there. Bella needed to save her own skin.
She knocked sharply on the door and a muggle woman answered her. Bellatrix pushed her to the side and stepped right inside with a frown. She turned sharply in the woman's direction and grabbed her from the throat before hissing dangerously, "Where is your daughter?" |
